"Just had my beloved Williams Big Ben repaired by James - he did such a fantastic job locating the fault, sourcing the parts and repair and full service: stripped the machine, replaced rubbers and full wax so that is plays a 100 times better than before! He's an absolute genius at his work and really knows and loves these machines and also just the most lovely guy..."
