Payments are accepted via Cash, Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer only. An invoice for all work will be provided.

If for any reason you need to cancel or rearrange your booking please inform us at your earliest convenience.

If specialist parts or replacement boards are required for your callout these must be paid for in-full at the time of ordering.

​

Payment in-full for services is due on the day of your callout. Should multiple visits be required these will be billed for at the time of each individual visit.

*Parking, tolls, congestion charges etc. are billed separate to the listed callout prices. Cost of any parts required is not included and billed separately.​​

At the workshop payment is due in full upon completion of your project and must be received prior to the collection of your machine.

​

Our workshop is operating at its maximum capacity, we cannot store your machine prior to or after completion of works. Once your machine is ready collection must be arranged within 7 days, failure to do so after the grace period will result in additional storage fees.
